The Antique Outboard Motor Club

         Our club membership is comprised of men and women (a few brave ones!!) that come from all walks of life. We all share a common interest and passion for old antique outboard motors. It is true that some of us collect, tinker with and restore these relics to their former glory. While others maybe just cant bear to part with grandpas old fishing motor that has been a fixture in the back of the boathouse for decades. They may just be happy to get a bit of help to get or keep 'the ol' kicker' in running condition. So whatever your level of interest, passion or mechanical (in) ability, this club is for you.

         The club and this site are welcome resources for those individuals that need to find some elusive part, paint, decal or relevant literature pertaining to their current project. Several meets are held throughout the year (see the schedule link) to give members a chance to share knowledge, advice and tricks of the trade and have a few laughs at the same time. The meets also provide the opportunity to buy, sell and trade old motors, parts and memorabilia to keep the passion going.

         If you are interested in finding out more information, feel free to call one of our chapter steering committee members. To join the club, please click on and fill out the membership application form - you do not need to own an outboard motor to become a member of the club. Go ahead, join, get involved and let the fun begin! Membership is a very reasonable $15 Canadian per year, and includes the club newsletter (where you can place an ad in the buy and sell section, as well as on this website) as well as an annual membership list, plus many other benefits. To join, just go back to the main page, click on the membership link, print out the form and mail it in.
